After Levi the tax collector meets Jesus, he throws a big party for him(Luke 5:27-32)—“a great feast” with “a large company of tax collectorsand others” on the guest list. This socializing with despised traitors disturbs the Pharisees, but Jesus sets them straight: “Thosewho are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.
