31 Days of Prayer

We're beginning 2019 in prayer, seeking the Lord for his blessing on our church!  Join us as we commit to pray every day in January.  Feel free to pray on your own or with family or friends.  Click HERE to access our prayer guide.  "Ask... seek... knock."

At Goshen we're committed to serving the Lord, our brothers and sisters, and the lost from the posture of prayer.  We long to grow in our dependence on the Lord, in our ability to hear the voice of the Shepherd and to respond to his directives.

>> Prayer for Prodigals

Tuesdays, 7 pm, Room 106.  Join us as we gather to pray particularly for children or grandchildren who are struggling with life (Sept.-June).  Contact Katie James at Katie.James@cru.org.

>> Prayer Gathering

Wednesdays, 7:00 p.m., Room 106.  We listen to God speak through his Word and pray in response to what he says, and then share requests and intercede for those in need.  You’re welcome to pray silently or aloud. Please join us!

>> Prayer Focus Sundays.

On the first Sunday of January and the first Sunday of September, we pause as a church family for gathered prayer at 10:00 a.m.

>> 24-Hour Prayer

The first weekend of January we come together as a church family to seek the Lord’s presence among us by joining together in a 24-hour prayer vigil.

>> Vespers

Our days are structured and filled with sensory input.  Vespers is a space set aside to give the Lord the gift of our time and undivided attention.  Join us as we seek to center our hearts and minds on Jesus through worship, communion and prayer.

Prayer Room

The Prayer Room, across the hall from the Worship Center, is a quiet sanctuary available for anyone whenever the church building is open—pray alone or with friends.
