Mission Statement

Relying upon the Holy Spirit and the truth of God's Word, the Men's Ministry exists to:

-introduce men to Christ 

-help men to mature in their relationship with God

-enable men to effectively impact others for Christ

Men’s Bible Study -  A study on the book of Romans.  Every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Men’s Works Ministry - Opportunities to Serve

Objective:  To use our men’s God-given skills to help others in need.

Goals:

• To build good relationships between men more quickly by working together
Men often bond best when working side-by-side.  These relationships can lead to one man encouraging the other in his faith (Proverbs 27:17)
• To help others do tasks that they cannot do on their own
Assist widows, single mothers, and older couples in repairing and maintaining their homes (Matthew 25:40)
• To help maintain and improve the church facilities and grounds
The same skills can be applied to projects around the church, so the Men’s Works Ministry can be a resource for the Building and Property Committee (I Cor. 14:12)
• To gain useful, new skills by learning from men with experience
Young men or new homeowners can learn from those who are skilled in the various tasks needed to maintain and repair their own homes (Titus 2:6)
